Hello, I have tried the tutorial but got stuck. Can someone help out. I want to paint trucks. Thanks.

Indeed, glad to have another nr03'er over here..
Anyways if you want to start painting trucks, you'll deff need PSP (preferably 7) if you don't got it already, PSP is just as easy in NR2003 as it is in MTM2 once you get use to it, another program you will need is called BinEdit, hell just go to this link.
