MTM2 Drag Track Making Tutorial

thanks phin. i've already made an impact. over at draggers and vales, white2098 showed off his brand new track that he's been working on. he was clueless til he read my tutorial. i'm glad this was finally done because i know a lot of people want to get started up but really dunno how.
