I have a new track ready to post but I'd like it tested first. I notice everyone has a web page where you can download their beta tracks but I don't have a web page. Should I post it using the UPLOAD BETA TRACK button on KC's? It seems the last track posted there was 12/31/99 ????

Yes, use kc's beta upload page. Actually, the last track uploaded there as of now (27/3/2000) was vj's track.

notice the year is 100, not 2000. Minor problem I guess kc hasn't gotten around to fixing yet. You just have to scroll down a bit.
