The new version is looking good.

I like that it stores information in "rReader6.ini" (instead of the windows registry). To everyone who would like to test it, I must say it is safe and clean, just unzip it to a folder and run it. The program is self-contained in it's own folder, deleting the folder will completely uninstall it.
Some errors I noticed:
Tools -- Sysini does not work for me.
Text editor -- Undo does not work properly.
You distributed TXRaw without it's readme.
As for suggestions, you could put the tools on the toolbar.
I do not know your plans for the program but I hope you enjoy developing it. I'm sure it has been a good learning experience, and it should look good on a resumé. [;)]
