Has anyone made a bug guard for a 2003-2005 Ford F-250 in mtm2???

Nope, I made one for a couple older Chevy's that are just straight up and flat, but nope.
My Michigan Ice Monster, and Gentle Ben. That wont help you though, but no, no one has ever made anything that complicated, we have serious lag issues that dont permit such things, but you're more than welcome to try.
Might try looking around the Evo sites to see if one of those guys have.
