:D ok i deleted WinAntiVirus --- and now Player.pro finally deleted, along with the MTM2 folder!!!! [:P] Let's just hope when i install it this time, it'll work. thanks Slayer.

ok phineus, i searched my Windows Folder for WUAUCLT.EXE and i had two copies - one was 122KB and the other was only 25KB. I deleted the 25KB file and then tried to delete the 122KB file but it gave me the same error as when i try to delete Player.pro. And i did check to see if Player.pro was write ...

ok i followed all of your steps up to deleting the game folder and player.pro still gives me the same error as before.

mann wint.... i have no clue what to do! I dl'ed cowpod and used it's registry cleaner, re-installed the game twice, moved around folders, explored the monster.ini file, blah blah etc, etc. - still the same message. When i tried your earlier suggestion of deleting monster.ini before the error ...

i see what you are saying wint, and i try to explain everything to the fullest. I already knew how to use the task manager and that's not the problem. When i un-installed it last i didnt delete the MTM2 folder so that might be the problem but you say i can delete the monster.ini file and it will ...

ok wint...that sounds good to me but i guess i'm still pretty comp. illiterate so i dont know how to go about making sure that there's no instances of mtm2 running on memory- or how to wipe out the program directory or that stuff [(-:] sry but i guess im still new to computer stuff like that. lol

when i try to run MTM2 i get this error pop-up :

I'm in the stage of converting BMP files to RAW files and when i click "save" an error message comes up saying "Somethings screwy here...the height*width*8/8 isnt equal to the image size!". ok - so im trying to paint a custom truck i downloaded from the internet, but when i try to pull the ACT and RAW files from the program folder i cant find any. All the tutorials i see say that there's a folder called "ART", but there isnt a folder like that on my computer. If you can help i'd ...
