Update (2026-03-26) - Site fix and Malibu350.com
As people have noticed, the website has been acting weird in the past month. This was the result of a change in DNS host and the propagation taking forever in this part of the world.
Due to the lag in propagation, everything seemed to work fine and we have not double checked on the work past the 48h after the change. Well, it turned out things were not working right and we haven't noticed for quite a bit. Thinks should be cleared up now. This was supposed to be a big reveal on its own but alas, the thunder has been taken away a bit. The domain malibu350.com is back where it belongs. No longer does it lead to some random Indonesian scam site. Instead, it leads where it was always supposed to, to Malibu's Garage. There's been chatter on the forum for the website to finally acquire SSL cert. That is going to need a bit more work. The website is running on an ancient server configuration and any of the cert programs do not work on it. This means a bigger migration is required, one that might lead to stuff breaking so it will have to be done at a slow pace to avoid any other mishaps. |

Update (2025-12-31) - Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!
Time has indeed caught up with MTM2 as activity has been dwindling more and more.
But that doesn't change the mission of this website. MTM2.com will continue, in our small corner of the world wide web, to provide a reminder that MTM2 once existed and was quite a popular game in its day. And who knows, maybe one day the game will finally be ported to a more modern GFX library but that is still a long long way to go. But until then, have a happy happy 2026 and hopefully the world can be a little kinder in the next year. |

Update (2025-07-05) - Site updates
Several behind the scenes updates have happened. BinEdit domain is finally working. The tracks of last year have been updated with the missing pictures and the track/truck pop ups for the flagged tracks (the pop up window that gives you extra detail) has finally been fixed for those with multimonitor setups. This issue has been going on for a long time but it was only noticeable on two monitors or more.

Update (2025-02-09) - MTMG (and MTM2.com) have been updated
Functionality wise, nothing changes but MTMG now as a uniform look throughout the various sections. MTM2.com front page got a small facelift to make the text easier to be seen on high resolutions. Also, the track and truck pages have had lightbox added, so the pictures will show up in a more modern way rather than the antiquated pop-up window.
Dead links have been either completely removed or at least disabled. If anything is amiss, please post it in the forum. For some reason the binedit.com domain is not forwarding, so we're still looking into that. |

Update (2025-01-13) - Welcome back Binedit.com
The binedit.com domain has been reclaimed. It will go back into usage as we go through the website cleaning the urls.
The models section of the MTMG part of the website is taking longer than expected but it's almost there. It should be up and running by this weekend for sure. |
