Today, the Falcon is Australia's last entirely locally designed, developed and manufactured car (excluding the V8 motor). The long awaited AU utility finally arrived in the middle of 1999 to an astonished audience, bringing converts from both sides of the camp. Here I have been working to painstakingly replicate this piece of Aussie culture, and now at last it is ready for export to your corner of the world!

One of the first trucks I ever created for MTM2 was an impression of what the AU XR8 ute might look like (at that stage it didn't actually exist). Now I've really come full circle with my new XR8 truck, developed from my AU Falcon model above.

The Series-II AU Falcon arrived later in 2000, and the changes were mainly cosmetic particularly with the XRs that adopted remodelled bumpers and had the option of deeper side skirts all round.

This was created as my advanced truck entry for the 2003 MTMG Track and Truck Expo. The name and overall theme of the appearance for this truck was inspired by the advertising slogan that Ford Australia ran for 2001-2002. This truck features a striking hand-drawn paint scheme and custom parts such as new driving lights, bed canopy with wing, and a new exhaust flame animation.

An old design that I only managed to finish in the last days of 2003, this repaint of my Falcon AU ute truck proudly states its allegiances.

This truck is based on the real-life 'XRod' showcar - a very well-travelled 1999 XR8 utility modified by Boyd Coddington of the USA.

This truck is a repaint of my AUII XR8 ute, again based on a real-life vehicle; in this case a Ford Motor Co owned XR8 utility with a paint job that really underscores up the sign writing on the sides.

The Cat Empire are an upbeat Australian band whose music mixes such diverse influences as jazz, reggae and hip-hop. Many nights listening to their tracks went into making this truck wearing the colour theme of their album!

This truck was made as a gift and dedication to ShadowPrincess, a fellow Aussie to me, and the lovely host and manager of the MTM2 racing tournaments!
