The Queensland-based Motor Mayhem show toured around Australia for most of 1999. There was a break during the mid-year (soon after the appearance in Bathurst) when the monster trucks returned to the Gold Coast to be rebuilt. The physical appearance of some of the trucks changed drastically at this time, and a few have since been repainted and renamed.

The following photos were sent to me by Mark Hurley, a fellow monster truck nut and now my regular contact in Queensland. They were taken on September 1999 when Motor Mayhem came to his hometown of Beenleigh, situated smack-bang between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
