Does anyone know what this is?

Possible someone writing SFX and put an E instead of an F?

Or was someone just messing around?

you should extract it and listen to it in a program that plays .mod files :idea:

It's the mtm1 grunge.mod.

it's the main MTM1 theme, same as grunge.mod, is not grunge tho, is more like industrial/groove metal
