ARG!! I'm bored... I just wanna know if anybodys makin' a REALLY cool track. Anybody? I need a new track, I'm big time bored. I'm planning a track, but it ain't goin' so good, so I got no preveiw at the time bein'.

BORED?i have just the thing for you.a wire frame track with two ground boxes(i want to see how bad it is)tell me how to upload and you can test it,but i wont relese it(the name of it is hills.

You can find a sneak peak of what i am working on now at my site (link below) go to the bottom of the tracks page... the track is 90% done and should be complete by late august,... time permitting

Wow, the screenshot is looking great. Do you need any Beta testers on this one......, I'm available ;-)

PS I also noticed that the malcrack.raw you used looks very similar to my websites background at http://www.oopsdesign.demon.nl Do we use the same sources on textures or something, couse they're looking great !!

hopefully this will be beta-ready in a couple weeks there is just something missing and its drivin me nuts, its hard to explain and if i could it would be ready now Image...

i have about a thousand textures i grabbed off the net or took myself, and that "crack" one does look similar to one i found from a free site if it was darkened a bit, it's also one of just a few that i used "as found" in dire straits because of the contests time constraints, normally 99% of what i find i alter quite a bit for it to look right in the game....

apparently Yeastman has visited some of the same sources also because i had found some tree textures and applied them to some bins for R Ridge and after the fact that they were made available at the MTMG i was running Deception Pass and i'm like Oh My God those are the exact same tree's, s**t yeastmans going to think i ripped him off LOL... oh well thats not my style, i enjoy making my own from bits and pieces from photo's & textures i find on the net or take with my camera, thats half the fun...

btw, hopefully what i manage to make will be close to what you have done which i concider some of the best ever for MTM bar none.

I knew this wasn't my texture you used for one simple reason. I got it somewhere from the net and thought it would be a nice texture to use in a track but didn't have the track to go with it. So I darkened a bit to use as a background for my site. Only a few days later your track was released with the same texture. Pure coincidence this is, All I could think of was, dern he beat me to it in using it, nothing else ;-))

Hey Mal I know exactly what you mean... I downloaded a couple of tree textures from a VR site on the net, made a couple of bins and posted to MTMG (models/custom).... only to find that Crankshaft had already posted the self-same pictures! Boy did I feel dumb.
Of the millions of sites available I guess I sourced from the same place as him! Image

HEHE. I am now currently working on two at almost same time. My new track is for beta release, it is called Isogiashi Oka (just go at the "The Valleys" topic to see from what comes from Image

And the other is almost done, still have to add scenery and cp.

About my 3rd project. Well, that one is 70% it will drop off. I still can't do a dern thing with BinEdit Image

I'm gonna have a Sneak peek on MTM2MARS & PR4MTM2 ............. But not yet!. I had a BIG file coruption and just my luck lots of MTM2MARS & PR4MTM2 got parts of it corrupted so probably around the end of the year.

Dont you hate it when you've nearly finished something and a virus (or whatever it was) corrupted the files?

I have one completed track which hasn't been tested due to an error i haven't found how to fix. I'm currentely making a track thats only like 3% done.

HEHE, k, my latest track is called Isogiashi Oka. It is 98% done. Just needs some little fixes and will be rdy to go.


My other track, is 85% done. There i still need for someone to grand me something, to make the bin's look better, cuz they sink in the ground, and then have to beta it. And that would be it. After that, i don't have a single idea. The 2nd track should be done in one week. (what ya want, i have ALL day long to work on tracks, for another month, hehe)
