Send me the parts of the truck, and I'll take a look at it. The body, the textures, tires, etc. That is an option too.
What I would do is use Winpod, and extract all of the Truck2.pod, and then edit the .TRK file, in the Truck folder, and use stock parts for the wheels, axles, etc. But use your body that you want to use, that way you can narrow down what the problems are.
My guess is that it's a texture issue, which normally is what crashes Tracked2. So I'd use stock parts to see if it still crashes, and then we can rule out the rest of the parts. So fire up Tracked2, and you will see the stock Bigfoot spinning in there, and hit 4 and type in the bin name for your body model you're trying to use, and make sure that the model's name is less than 8 characters "letters" long, and see if it crashes.
If it loads, then we know that the body is fine, and we can move on to some other parts to find the problem. Or fire up Binedit, click File, then Import Truck. You should be able to see the truck, minus the axlebars and driveshafts {on the older version of Binedit}, and see if it loads up in there, if not, then it's definately a texture issue.
