I made my first bus, a Neoplan Skyliner, a very famous german double deck coach from the 70s.

Thanks to Mora for helping me with the lights and the wheels!

I like the whole bus thing. More great work. I have a SketchUp model of a Boston T bus going, but I don't know that I'll ever finish it. I'd be willing to do some texture work on one, though (I'd actually like to do it with a full interior since it appears the model would be low vert) :-)

Wow, a bus with a full modeled interior. That's going to be our big next step I think. The Skyliner is only 81 verts. Tho Mora's Irizar PB has more than 400 verts I think.

Does this count as a custom or a replica?

Both I think. What about a "bus/coach" type?

Well, my justification is that you should be able to do a twin/3 seat assembly for 16-20 verts. And the piping people hold on to when standing wouldn't take much more than a monster's frame (actually, a lot less, probably).

Here's how the model looks as it stands:

1064 verts, that's what mora told me.

That school bus looks AMAZING.

Another awesome job done by Mora. I wonder how many time he spent finishing the interior. This is probably the first bus with a full interior made for MTM2.

I'm still waiting for your city bus cale ;)

Do you guys know what is the difficult part on this.. MAPPING! Having to cycle through faces is a pain in the ---.. I wish someday we could use the mouse to select faces in BinEdit, that would really help.
