Vengeance 5
By Runt9
The Vengeance series continues with #5. This one is undoubtedly the best truck I have ever made. The paint job is immaculate, and by repainting a number of other objects on the truck orange, it makes everything flow together perfectly. It also sports a checkered flag to commemorate the PPRL 3 Modern Day Racing victory taken by Vengeance 4... In thus a story brews...
In mid 2007, Alex Vester brought in a truck he thought would show exactly how he felt... Vengeance. His theme song being about having a bad reputation and how he didn't care about anyone else. He left a couple months later on a 2 month hiatus. Come late October of 2007, Vengeance 2 was put out of use and Vengeance 3 was brought into the series. It sported a "chrome-like" flame job that definately raised some eyebrows. Vengeance 2 and 3 of course sported the new symbol, the Vengeance Man. Vengeance 4 came along and was the first Suburban in the series, also the first to sport orange as the secondary color. Alex perfected the handling to exactly what he wanted, to give him amazing racing and freestyle ability and blew through MTGDT 3 taking 3 straight wins in the truck. The PPRL World Finals came, and Alex was just hoping to do well and not embarrass himself. Vengeance 4 laid down the top practice time, time average, qualifying time, and then proceeded through 3 rounds of competition to take the Racing Title. Alex Vester announced that he felt the truck had reached its pinnacle and it was time to start on number 5 and that the freestyle event would be the last event that #4 would see. He came out for freestyle and was disappointed by an early rollover, but lit up the stadium during encores. He felt like he put the truck out in style. Vengeance 5 rolled out of the shop without being seen by anyone but Alex and his crew and shocked the world. The truck sported a spectacular flamejob, an amazing tribal graphic, as well as a new shock setup, new headers, new tires, as well as repainted shocks and beadlocks. Alex has yet to run the truck at a major event, but he hopes that it lives up to the Vengeance team's high standards.
