I finally took up and completed my conversion of the Tomb Raider Jeep Rubicon from the free official Jeep demo game, no longer available. (lara didn't come with it, but she's included with my version)

Lara Croft's Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (from the offcial Jeep demo game)
Converted and modified by ZOtm_BigDOGGe for Monster Truck Madness-2
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the Rubicon found in the demo game once available for free from the official Jeep website. It was made to replicate the one-of-a-kind Jeep driven by Lara Croft in the movie, "Tomb Raider II, The Cradle of Life".
The Jeep demo game was made by Terminal Reality Inc., and uses the format of the game, "4x4 Evolution-2".
After converting the model components to .BIN model format, I remapped all the major areas to several new texture files. The wheel models were altered to closer resemble the wheels and tires on the real Jeep. New shock textures were created and applied to the 2-dimensional shock struts (there are no actual shock models on the Jeep, though it may appear that there are). Custom axles with coil springs were also installed. The shocks and axles are the only items that don't resemble those on the original movie vehicle, but work well on this model.
Afterwards, I modified a custom model of Lara Croft herself, altering the face textures to closer resemble the character in the Tomb Raider videogames, removed her guns, (not required for off-roading), then broke her down into several pieces and then reassembled Miss Croft, reposing her in a driving position. I also resized the Lara model to match the scale of the Jeep model.
Fully functional driving lights, taillights and reverse lights were applied, and a custom Wav file of a voice that sounds like the original character added. Only the amber lights do not work (MTM2 would not allow any more).
Two Jeep pods are included in the ZIP file. One is a full detailed version as found in the demo game, and the second is a slightly stripped down and modified low lag version for use on slower computers to achieve higher framerates.
LARAJEEP.POD - (full version) - 2632 vertices - Appears as "Tomb Raider Rubicon" in the game.
LARALITE.POD - (low-lag version) - 1568 vertices - Appears as "Tomb Raider Jeep" in the game.
Tire models - 156 vertices each
If you wish to reuse any portion of this model, then you may do so, provided you include a text READ-ME file with your model, giving me credit for the conversion, and JEEP & TRI credit for the original model.
Enjoy!

The following is a description of the real vehicle created for the movie:
"To create the vehicle, we took the ultimate off-road machine, a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and tailored it to fit what aristocratic Lady Lara Croft would need to do her job as a tomb raider," said Trevor Creed, Senior Vice President, Product Design, Chrysler Group. "This specialized vehicle includes original Rubicon features, after-market components used by many off-road enthusiasts and unique never-before-seen custom features."
Lara's unique vehicle, a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, boasts an array of functional modifications, such as a roll cage with grab bars, a skid plate with (simulated) HID lighting and an interior with specially designed gauges, shifters, instrument panel, console and door trim. The aftermarket components used to complete the Lara Croft's Jeep Wrangler Rubicon include Hanson Enterprises front and rear bumpers, Mickey Thompson 35" Baja Claw tires and Classic II wheel with bead locks, Skyjacker four-inch skyjacker Double Flex suspension lift, Warn winch and Bushwacker riveted fender flares."
