El Toro Loco

This is just a much needed update for a really good truck. The best El Toro there was was Coty1's (my base) that was outdated and horribly oververted. This one has an updated frame, engine, fuel cell, and tires, and comes in at an impressive 1375 verts, perfect for online racing. I don't take credit for anything at all except putting Slick's stuff on this body, but here's credits anyways:
Body - TRI, Repainted by coty1, horn tips painted red by runt9, some verticies moved around and a new face added by runt9
Frame - Slickster, resized and shocks moved to fit
Engine/Fuel Cell - Slickster
Tires - Slickster
Axles - TRI
