The reason it has been removed is because its listed as a rumble and in game its listed as a rally, it functions as niether one, no map, no scoring platform, no check points.
now if its a beta just state so in the file/track name at KC's otherwise all non-working tracks will continue to be deleted.
also if you have an email address its good to post it there too so people can contact you about any potential problems with your track.
