. Don't let the name fool you because its really easy to use for editing MTM2 an MTM1 textures. First I use psp 4 and the this to tune it up. This program hane smooth out your textures, lighten, darken, view of under water of them,
and lots more. THE BEST THING IS THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO CONVERT TO GREYSCALE FOR THE SPECIALS!!!
