Yeah.
I'll give you an explanation, but if it's not good enough, go to MTM2Draggers.net and they'll explain it to ya.
Double click the folder and click the icon to it.
If it doesn't work, download Microsoft Framework 3.0 (I think). That should solve your problem if it won't play.
Put trucks and tracks in like MTM2 I think, but some of them won't work.
