As well as 2008 being MTM2's 10th birthday, it turns out Google is also 10 years old.
Anyone seen this?

Basically, it's the oldest revision of the search engine they still have, dating back to January 2001.
Really trippy searching for stuff that didn't exist back then... for example:
- September 11
- ADSL2+
- Rickrolling
- iPod
- Facebook
- Youtube (returns no results at all)
Or, you can search for things you did know existed back then - because you were a part of it. karf.net anyone?
The neat thing is they have linked the search results with the Internet Archive, so you can actually go back and look at those sites
