You guys seem to be authorities on monster trucks--we've been wondering for years whatever happened to Lyle Hancock--former driver of Blue Thunder and Gravedigger? He just seemed to disappear. Does anyone know why?

last I heard about him he was sent overseas to do a monster truck show in the middle east

Yes, he retired after the 2003 MJ season, and the last time he drove a truck was overseas in the middle east for Sudden Impact Racing. That was a few years ago now.
