It's going to be a whole new game based on freestyling and racing. It's backwards compatiable with MTM 1 & 2 Tracks and trucks. I plan on making more movies and yes it is possible to do wheelies and donuts. And hopefully there will be a beta of it soon.

Does the truck always have to sky-wheelie like that? In MTM2 that's the most annoying thing for me. If, in real life, you leap off of the World Finals ramp, the truck would not sky-wheelie, it would make a really nice, balanced jump, often with the front dipping. Check out the link to the Tom Meents vid below to see what I mean.

There's some massive air in there, plus there's some pretty awesome donuts too! Nevertheless, the game looks great and you've done a great job on it. [tu]

Max D is a front engine truck so the his tuck doesn't sky wheelie very often.

Nice Work!
When you compare the mtm2 simulation to the new monster jam game, you can clearly see how much the new monster jam game will blow. CCE ruined legitimate monster truck racing and monster truck games. This link will show you what I mean.

Yeah the only thing they did right was the graphics.. i was hoping for a sim.. not an arcade.. reminds me of EA sports with nascar.. half ass and arcadish.

Why don't game manufacturers realise that there are hardcore Monster Jam fans out there who just want a realistic experience? I mean, come on, just what the heck size was the engine? 1 cubic metre? I might buy this for my bought-used Xbox just for fun, but for a realistic MT experience I'll stick with Stuntman for the PS2.

When I become a real life Monster Jam driver (Ethan Dean... remember that name!), I swear I will go to a game manufacturer to help create a realistic Monster Jam game. What I'm thinking is this: massive stadium, bright lights everywhere, camera flashes, and speaker-bursting engine noise. The trucks will actually be well-made, and there shall be Intros, Racing, Freestyle, Donut and Wheelie competitions. You'll be placed in a fully 3D cockpit, or the typical chase game view, and the physics will be the most realistic ever seen in an MT game. There will be full body damage and full truck damage, and it will be an amazing experience... I absolutely promise.

Not that I want to compete with Jpez1432 or anything... :D

its not that hard to believe that acceleration except that do MT's have a transmission capable for that? if igrued they just had a 2 gear tranny with reverse.

but MT's do average about 1600 HP, only slightly less than 5~6 second railers capable of 230 MPH with only 2 gears.

Monster Jam trucks can out-accelerate a Porsch! Just so you know, LOL.

That's what I'm thinking for this uber-MT game, BTW. Loads of lights, blooming, sounds, crowd noise... you get the picture. It's edited off a real photo of Madusa but the PlayStation 5's graphics will be that good I think... :D
