someone has been releasing the Dennis Taft trucks again and I know they probably didn't contact him because i know who this person is so do you think its ok to do this because Ive tried contacting Dennis and never gotten a response

Are they the correct ones... as in are they unmodified? If yes, he doesn't seem to care about mtm anymore and a lot of people like his work. On the other hand, if they've been edited, then they wouldn't really be legit and so that wouldn't be proper. I've no objection to them being there if they are his originals. After all, we want to do right by him.
