I wanted to get some action shots from a pre-season OMTR fun run for some coverage, but I only could get about 30 seconds of the replay instead of the whole thing. Is there any way I could the whole thing? Ive gotten the whole thing before too, but not anymore.

Tracks that have trains (including working lights) in them will turn out shorter replays. If it's your own track, you can set the trains/lights to normal models and use that to make the replay, which will then work in the regular track.

sense this is about replays, me and 5 others had a fun run and i had all the trucks poded and i saved the replays so i can get pics of the show. well, i just went to go watch some of them but like during my fs run as Rolling Thunder, It shows me as Grave Digger..is there any way to fix this?

You would have to check the replay file and if there are mixups then edit it to make corrections. Make backups first in case something goes wrong.

The replay files (.RPL) are text files that record things like names, locations and speeds of trucks and objects. Being text it is editable to some degree, most notably the stuff at the very top that includes the name of the track's .sit file, the vehicle count and the names of the drivers and the truck files used.

As for how long of a replay you can save, it's been said that the more memory you have the longer the replay you can save, which makes sense. However, since many things can be recorded in a replay the less you have happening on the track the better your results will be. Having less trucks in action, no trains, and a minimum number of scenery models should allow you to record a longer replay. Having more RAM should help too. Beyond that I have no suggestions.

Oh, lets not forget:

- Too many demo indicies

- Replay Ripper
