My new job has given me a another shot at being happy, so I'm gonna take it out to the woodshed and see what it's made of again.

I have no time for MTM2 anymore, as much as I'd like to, I can't. Racing season started, so I will be there every weekend, so that doesn't leave much time for the game.

But it only runs thru the summer, so we'll see what happens during the winter. But for now, I'm bidding a temp goodbye.

I'll still visit here and give my 2 cents, once in awhile, but it won't be as often. I'm going to leave my site up, for those that are interested in what I have. But don't look for any updates for quite some time.

I'll still be here and around, but I just won't be building anything. If I said I would do something for you MTM2 wise, I'm sorry. But I'll be around in the evenings on my Messengers if anyone needs help, but as for me building or doing anything for them, sorry.

I don't want to leave, and I'm not really going to, but I have to give up something in my life, and I decided that MTM2 is it. We'll see you all once in awhile, if not... this winter.

My email always works, so if anyone has any questions, don't hesitate to type.

Sorry to see you go Kev, dont worry, when you get back we will all still be here waiting for you and Im sure I speak for ALOT of people when I say, You will be missed around here.

I may not be into alot of the old school trucks that you make but I respect everything you made and did for alot of us. Your work was top notch and I dont think anyone could argue with that.

Good luck with your new job and stay safe on the track, I still want to sign on aim and bug you from time to time. [;)]

Take care Kev, and Thanks.

I'm FREE! (runs in the opposite direction).

(*Stops a safe distance away and shouts...)

"Be sure to come back someday RF...WE'll keep your seat at the table reserved for you..!"

(..Then turns towards Phin and shouts...)

"LOVE your avatar bro...."

(...then turns again and scampers off to look for cats to chase.........)

Yep, true METH - I'm sure a lot of people will miss 'ole RF. Not everyone . . . but a lot of people.

Yeah it was ok. Actually it's only incredibly average, but the top notch thing probably makes him feel good about himself, gives him a (false) sense of security, importance. Good stuff, METH - way to pump him up with a false sense of accomplishment on his way out.

Sure there is.

LOL you know I'm just messin with ya, bud . . . compliments of METH lol. Take care partner - we'll see ya around. :)

So you're leaving without leaving? Heh, I've been in that state of mind since about mid 2001... ay ay ay!

I released at least 42 trucks in 1999 and 2000, but since then have done just 11 in all of the four years subsequent... sighs [umm]

LOL he's not gone anywhere, SCAT . . . I mean, not really. Heck he's been in our forum, in here, and I've seen him on MSN in passing the past couple of days. So . . . no more goodbyes for a guy who hasn't left lol.

I just said I was laying off of "building" anything for awhile, I'll still hang out at all the normal places, I just won't be in the shop much these days.

Sorry for any confusion, I'll probably never leave the MTM2 community, as long as it's here... so am I.

That's why I said "Temp" Retire. I'm not dead, far from it. I posted this for everyone that was expecting me to finish any projects, that I might have shown pics of and stuff like that. Maybe when winter rolls around, then I may have time.

I've been taking a break myself since I finished MASHER.

I have projects ready to make Escalade SUV and Honda Ridgeline bodys, but those are sitting on the sidelines until I get the "urge" again.

Dogge, sorry to change the subject, but by Escalade SUV, you don't by chance mean the same body as is used on George Balhan's Escalade in the Monster Jam series, do you?

If you do, I may have some evil plans to replicate THAT monster...

I will be trying to make a stock body (modifying the EVO2 GMC Jimmy body and retexturing it, same as I did with the Ford Crewcab to make the Lincoln Blackwood), but once it's done, converting it to fiberglass for a replica will require little effort.
