I discovered this accidentally. Those of you in serious need of a PHP forum might want to see it. It has no pop-up ads, banners, or any of that trash.

I think that free package may no longer be available. All the paid services links on the same page do work.

Interesting. The main page comes up like before, but when I click on the MORE INFORMATION link, I still get the UNAVAILBLE message.
