It's a totally black screen, except for that little snippet. It's hard to read, but it says:

To get back to the game, hit F10 again. After the first time, it wouldn't do it again. All it did was switch off of fullscreen and freeze the game. To unfreeze the game I had to hit F10 again. Also, it could have been ctrl+F10... i can't quite remember, but I can't get it to do it again.
