Another thing I notice as a blue collar machinist, and the college educated bosses I gotta deal with is, I work on holidays, they dont. Then they aren't around to explain what they mean, and I get yelled at for it, when it doesn't get done...
Nothing against the college educated, as long as they are willing to get thier hands dirty, and have common sense. Which they do neither where I work... I'm gonna write a program, and mill me out a cool aluminum throttle linkage bracket while I wait, for them to get back from thier vacations...
