I'm curious, is there any reason why you don't make HD versions of the wrestle-trucks. Not trying to hassle you to do so of course, just a question.

A lot of work for not a lot of personal benefit. Simply don't care for them.

I just thought of something: when Betrayal88 commented many years ago about how he was going to release all the PENDA-era trucks he made in one truck pack, he decided that was going to release each truck separately because to him it was worth too much hassle to combine them all into one truck pack. So that leads me to this: you could try that with the HD trucks too in that same manner. (That Taurus you posted looks like it's ripe for uploading.)

Also, I managed to create separate pod files for the HD Bigfoot Racer and red Snake Bite exactly as they were from the 2.1 patch so that we don't have to get the patch to the trucks. I'm just waiting for your approval before I upload them.

Lastly, I remember watching USA Motorsports monster truck events on TNN Motor Madness around the time that MTM2 was released, and almost every truck that participated in those events was a stock truck in MTM2 with one exception: Virginia Giant. If you tweaked one of the Ford trucks that you made to make Virginia Giant that would pretty much round out the whole truck lineup at that time.

I actually want them to be in the pack - all in one place, and ultimately, you get everything with a community patch. So I'd prefer that you don't upload them.

As to Giant, that's one of a few trucks I'm working on that will effectively close out the project. It's 1/2way done, but I've had a major life change so not as much time to work on it right now.

Just remember setting Boogey Van (standard) at the top of the list when you release the next pack ;)

Will do ;-)

BTW, I came up with a rather brilliant idea for a truck to use as the default mutliplayer truck if anyone wants me to pursue it...

Bigfoot...but with the odd, inaccurate MTM1 colors

Finally found a decent image to work from for the side of this. Might have overcooked the front windshield slope, so I will fix that and then move on to the chassis.

Progress. One hang up with this is that Digger was the first HD truck I worked on, so I want to clean up the texture count with this one. It will look the same, just fewer 256x256 textures to be used.

Here’s my wishlist of HD trucks in the future, if possible.

Bigfoot (Superduty 1999)
Overkill (Retro 1995)
Boogey Van (1995 Paint Scheme)
Samson (American Gladiator)
Executioner (Black)
Power Wheels (1994 Paint Scheme)
Rampage (Red)

Added Digger 12 and a new Bigfoot, and a couple small minor fixes. Let me know of any issues. Probably winding down updating this - it's mostly got the trucks I want in there and it's time to move on to other things.

I'll test them out. I've been working every day for the past 7 weeks and haven't even had time to check the boards let alone work on further updates for the game.

New Digger truck doesn't work, nor does it show up on the truck preview. Really love the new Bigfoot though.

With the Mickey Thompson Off-Road stadium trucks done, maybe some of us members can throw our hats into the ring to finish the rest of the SS trucks. Plus Grave Digger 12 doesn't work.

I'll be fixing it, just haven't had a lot of time - we have a toddler in the house! Hoping to spend some time around Labor Day to wrap up a fixed version.

I'm having problems trying to drive the SS trucks on tracks with Dusk, Night, and Pitch Black weather turned on, particularly with tracks like 2.1 Tourney Nights which has Night as the default weather setting. They tend to crash a lot with the error message saying "MRGL:texture - Bad texture size : Light" whereas the default stock trucks and some of the other addon trucks don't seem to have that problem.

I'm just wondering if you knew about this, and whenever or not if it's fixable? All good if you have life things to catch up on of course.
