I am on a windows XP Computer. Yesterday the downloading worked fine and then a message saying the website was unavailable popped up. So I rebooted and the downloading worked again. But today it is saying the same message appeared and it still appeared even after rebooting a few times!

I just tried it and it was fine. The download pages do not require you to log in or have cookies set or anything like that. Do you have a firewall program running or maybe one of those things that block some sites? Have you adjusted IE's security settings? I don't know, I'm only guessing. If it's not working, then there has to be something stopping it on your comp. The trick will be figuring out what it is.

It shouldn't be that hard to figure out.

If you have zone alarm or an antivirus program, just turn them off when you come here then turn them back on once you have the downloads you want. There are no viruses on our files but nothing says you can't scan them anyway, just in case, after you have them downloaded.

If you don't have zone alarm or an antivirus program, then try going to IE options, the security tab, and slide the bar down to low. After you get the files, slide it back up to medium - which is the default.

If you still can't get them, let me know and we'll dig a bit deeper.

I'm guessing you're referring to adding tracks/trucks to your game. If so, this link should provide all the info you need. If not, let us know.
