I don't know why but when using TurboSlice60 to cut up some textures I'm trying to make, it's changing my green grass red (and my yellow stripes purple)! Any fix for this?

  1. I thought you were all through with textures !!!
  2. Reducing colors can be a mess sometimes
  3. What happens if you reduce the colors manually in psp?
  4. What I've sometimes done is to reduce colors in psp, save a palette, undo the color reduction, load the palette (which will reduce the colors again) then increase the colors back, then save. The slice will most definitely have different, usually more consistent, results.

Didn't help...I'm gonna redownload Slice60 and see if that does it. It's not like it's even close, it's really a mess.

The best I can figure is there was something wrong with the file format. Although a tga, there must have been a formatting issue, or something. I saved as bmp then resaved as tga and it worked a charm. Check your mail for the zip.

The suggestion to convert to a lossless format like .BMP 24-bit, edit and then convert back sounds like a good one.
