I've tried other shiny new 3D thingies and I swear I still come back to Binedit. The only feature I really miss is an extrude style function. Something that would allow you to copy selected faces and add them to the selected faces on a given access. Right now the closest thing is to copy selected faces across an axis, select the new faces, mirror them across that axis, and then position them where you wanted them to begin with, while remembering to merge close verts before going to far. It seems like this process could be streamlined by allowing you to copy faces in a given direction and the new faces would be connected to the original faces, therefore bypassing the vert merging. Just spitballing here, trying to get something new for my beloved little proggy.

I'm not sure; I haven't used BinEdit in almost six years. Guess I'll have to become a BinEdit professional very soon.
