SPECIAL THANKS GOES OUT TO MALIBU 350 FOR THE
HYPERCLONE TRAXX FILE.
Hyper valley is just the same as HYPERCUBE RUMBLE stock track
except that the mountains have been replaced by giant walls
so lag hits won't bother you much.
I also fixed the bug where you sink through the cube.
I've had to rescue people during a rumble when that happened on the stock rumble.
