Well i just uploaded my first beta please let me know what you think. Its a drag type event so if you have ever been to a regular monster jam event you know how it will be run. Racing which is side by side racing and freestyle where you go and crush everything you see. Im looking for flaws with everything, textures, ramps, object placments, etc. If theres something wrong please tell me!

I have heard that some circuit guys dont know what the whole drag event is like so i invit all of you to come join us tonight at www.geocities.com/nxtmphelps on there you will find a chat, if you go in there before 9.45 im running a fun run tonight. It will be run at World Finals 6 by slickster. if you wanna race please join us, if you just want to watch please do so also. I really would like the gap between draggers and racers to be closed.

Anyways back to the track. Please feel free to give all the critism you can give. thanks for your time!

False rumors.

If you're using traxx 1.5 I think you can tighten up the fencing a bit. Tx v1.5 allows you to place objects with the keyboard and you can get it pretty accurate. Having said that, your cars and ramps are pretty good. I did, however, get stuck between the school bus and the fence, but that might have had more to do with the driver than the track. Anyway, the last thing I might suggest, if you haven't already, is to create a custom palette to help your textures look their best. Overall, though, it's looking pretty good.

YW

Each time you add a new model or ground texture you should update the custom palette. But beware, if you have tons of models and ground textures the custom palette can become overwhelmed causing blotchiness with some colors washing out because of the games 256 color limitation. So, to be on the safe side always save your current color palette with the save icon...

... that way you can always revert back to where you were with the load color palette icon (folder).

Much more palette info is here... http://cownap.com/~mtmg/traxx/palette.html
