hey yall, I'm sorry but This is not the final version of my track!!!! I have uploaded My newest version of MaD_Jamboree and I included a rumble and a circut race with it all in one pod. They are FAR better than this old track. Oh and uh, Mlibu. I appreciate your comments!!!

well its kinda late, the first version has already been OK'd and is on the main...

To prevent confusion that two tracks of the same name will caues can you re-upload the newer version with a different name like MaD_Jamboree_2 or MaD_Jamboree_II or something? then I'll delete the other, unless someone has a better idea?

In the future if you are planning on making changes to a track you uploaded call it a "beta" some where in the title or if you decide to make changes to a track thats not OK'd yet just post a message here, that way it will be properly handled.

Thanks...

Nope. Sounds good to me.

I ran both these tracks and I think there is enough of a difference that if they the name was changed to avoid the naming conflict both could actually stay posted as a v1 and v2.

The second track gets rid of the right hair pin turn at the start, and smooths out some of the road work. I especially like the part where the road no longer back tracks over itself. One thing I didn't like was that really tricky hill was widened and smoothed until there was no longer skill required to keep on the road. Yes it was narrow and treacherous but I liked it all the same. If you planned on racing this on line, that was one of the spots you'd have to practice many times. Now, it's just a big landing area after another hill.

But yes, if the first version is beta, no problem. It would just help the rest of us know what you have up your sleeve.

I don't know what you're talking about Goldberg. BAR_MaDMaN posted his review in the main track review forum. How does he expect anybody to know it's not final? There are several ways to let everybody know his is a beta work. For example, include the word beta in the track download link, inlcude beta in the track title or on the races pic, and the least he could do is post in the beta forum. All the same, nobody has been upset or anything, just offering helpful tips and advice for future reference.

Lastly, please lose that sig. Any sig image over 200 pixels wide or 10kbs in size is over the limits of what's reasonable. Thanks.
