One of KC's all time favorite tracks, and not just because of the billboard, this one takes you over some of the most amazing jumps you'll find in any track. Using excavation textures and the road constructed out of the most unlikely of them, you'll find yourself constantly on the brink of plunging right off the edge and out of the race. Its most striking feature can be hinted at through its name: altitude. The altitude work is probably one of the best. No blind jumps, no blind curves; you see everything before it happens and you sometimes wonder whether you'll make it across, only to find that you somehow, amazingly, have. This track works at all levels and is a hoot in multiplayer.

Oh, but the steve miller race music only lasts for one play; sorry, no looping.

Yes, This was an MTM1 Track... one of the best (you can still get the MTM1 version on my MTM1 page) It's converted version add's a few MTM2 only features, but keeps the awesome layout.

I have raced this track over 100 times, and so has many of the people I race with, and we STILL like it... My opinion?

GET IT.

4x4 Compatibility Review:

Altitude works fine in 4x4.
I had to give it a 3 because of the animated "Split Time" signs he has in two locations.
If you look at the pic, I am refering to the sign in the lower left, in MTM2, it has numbers that change.

This does not effect play at all, they were just animated bins.

If you are tired of "flat" racing in 4x4, by all means, put this in your /customtracks folder and on start-up of 4x4, toggle it on.

Look at the top right of the pic, then you can see why this tracks is called is called Altitude.
