There should be 1 Mountain Trailin, and 1 Mountain Trailin Ver. 1, so delete the extra Mountain Trailin Ver. 1. First of all heres some pictures.

second Mountain Trailin Ver. 1 contains more than the smaller file, since Ver. 1 was to big i decided to make a smaller one, people with cable should download Ver. 1 since its better and would take em 20 seconds to download, same with dsl. Both Versions contain 2 1968 Mustangs (the ones in the pictures). If youd like to use any of the textures no prob no need to ask. Ill be converting it for 4x4 evolution pretty soon but itll look a bit different than the mtm2 version such as the textures, and overall look. This could be my last mtm2 track so i hope you like it.

Well to start, the track was layed out nice.
The textures are very good works, and that is all i have to say good about it.

You start out in an area no start light or even an indicator of the start line. then you run down straight and if i didn't have the map on i would've shot right through the corner and not even known. That meaning the textures for the "road" were not well defined so if you want to run this you absolutely need the map up otherwise you will never make it. There is also a spot where you go over a jump and hit a wall while in the air.... that's not good would get real frustrating if you were in a close race.
Oh as far as them pictures you posted..... I never seen any of that in the course I ran. Or is that in a special area you can get to?

Well the train track area kinda is, everything else is there while your racing. 1 thing though, this was the smaller file version of mountain trailin, the other one i named Ver. 1 was a lot bigger file and was deleted from vales for some odd reason, and that wall you ran into, thats more of a bridge if you have the right settings you can make that jump giving you and edge, if you have 4X4 evolution btw there are lots more shortcuts accessable. This track had a lot cut out of it to make it small, the full file was 3-4 megs in size and was deleted. I still dont know who deleted it and more importantly why, well all for now, and did you like the 2 mustangs that came with it? They should be on the top of your truck list, or around there.

I had a chance to try both versions before they were deleted, and while the tracks were not horrible they did need some tweaking to make them much better...

1) like REO said, the road needs to be more defined or another option would be to add a bunch of turn signs.

2) a lot of tree's needed to be reset, some were floating 15 feet off the ground.

3) i liked the textures especially the snow but the transisions could use a bit more work, this won't kill the track if its not corrected but it would make a huge improvement on the overall aesthetics of the track.

4) the terrain surrounding the driving area can be quite abrupt and could use some smoothing to give it a much more realistic appearance and also make it much less frustrating for the racers who happen to wipe out and cannot get back on track without calling the chopper.

over all i liked the track, very promising, but it just seemed incomplete and I think with a little more time spent on it it will be a very good track, if you are tired of working on it just let it sit for a while and come back to it at a later date like most all good track makers do... then upload it again when you feel its the best you can do.

BTW, the mustangs are cool, did you make them?, if not be sure to include a readme text file to give credit where credit is due...

ya the mustangs were made by me, so watcha guys saying i should fix it up a bunch? Cus i probly could do that, ive got some textures id like to use instead of those anywayz. And btw, if you did have both pods podded only 1 of the tracks would work. And the whole falling off the track deal after jumps, i wanted it to be kind of like 4X4 evolution where sometimes you dont have to go at full speed on a jump and at times when you do go full speed you end up on a shortcut. So if youd like me to fix up on it and add onto it i can do that for you guys, might take a little while though.

If you want to take the time to fix it go ahead....
