A simple question: Of all the monster trucks you can select, which one is your favorite to race with? (Not counting any user built trucks.)



I almost always use Snake bite. Probably because green is my favorite color.

I am not a Monster Truck fanatic, so I only have a very minimal idea as to what these garage settings do. I'm guessing that Tire cut affects how thick the tire treads are (and the trucks cornering ability.) The suspension I also guess relates to how bouncy your truck is when it lands from a jump ...

Yes, I'm using windows Vista. But if I save to desktop, the POD file doesn't become invisible. I think I will jut save PODs to desktop from now on.

Wow that's strange. I downloaded the file and it was crazy 98 as you said. I think I saved the POD file in the MTM2 folder but I'm not sure. I guess it screws up the POD file if you save it in there, right? Remember, I couldn't find my POD files from scratch so I saved over a copy of crazy 98.

Thanks for the reply, Mat-Allum. I wasn't able to find my POD file even when I used your search trick but that's okay, I just made a copy of the Crazy 98 POD and then saved my POD over that file.

When racing, who do you like to race against?

1. Computer controlled trucks.
2. With other people on-line.
3. Nobody. I like racing alone.

Okay, I started a fresh track and I was able to save the POD file correctly. However, it seems like I can't find the POD file in my MTM2 folder. If I mount it, the game won't run and it says it's missing files. [:P]


Edit: I changed the name so it has no spaces and I can now run my track just fine ...

I have just started using traxx yesterday and I made a simple track. After following traxx school's instructions up to the checkpoints, it says that you can save to a pod and try it out. When I try to save to pod I get this pop-up error:


Backdrop model not specified.
Bad model texture ART\STRTRED ...

I was wondering if it is possible to use traxx to edit or change user constructed pod tracks. There are quite a few tracks I've downloaded that could be great if only I could change a CPU path finding problem or bad design flaw. [(-:]

Right now, I have 32 tracks mounted (including origionals). Anytime I add another to my MTM2 folder, the game won't start and I am unable to delete the POD ...
