*** Les Shockly's SHOCK WAVE *** Final Version

This is as close to a replica of this awesome truck as you are going to see in MTM2. Handling is as can be expected on this large of a vehicle, so don't expect to win races, except against other big rig trucks. It has a bit of oversteer (great on tight turns and hairpins...), so a control stick or steering wheel is recommended.

I couldn't lower the truck to the same height as the real one, due to the fact that trucks in MTM2 have long suspension travel, and the wheels of a lower truck would penetrate through the front fenders on big hits. The only other major difference is that this is a 6x6, and the real SHOCKWAVE is a 0x0 (jet thrust, no drive axles).

The truck has the same visual error as all 6x6 trucks in MTM2 (the front wheels separate). There is no way to eliminate this problem at this time.

Permission is granted to modify or convert this truck for your own projects,...just give me the usual author credit in the included text file if you release it.
 Enjoy!

Anyone who thinks that all that glitters at airshows has wings attached to it has never seen Les Shockley's Shockwave, a triple-jet-powered truck that will command your attention from the get-go. ShockWave has enough power to accelerate at 3 Gs VERTICAL -- that's nearly twice as fast as the Space Shuttle! The three Pratt & Whitney J-34 jets bolted to the back of Shockwave produce enough horsepower to transport a typical American mother-in-law to the planet Pluto, according to some estimates.
Creator and driver Les Shockley built and raced funny cars and other jet-powered ground huggers for many years before realizing his dream of creating this magnificent modified Peterbuilt. Les began performing at air shows about ten years ago and has attracted an even larger legion of fans.
Les's son Kent is now the pilot of this amazing machine. Kent and crewman, Toni travel all over the country meeting their hectic schedule. Each performance leaves the crowd shaking their heads while saying, "I can't believe what I just saw".
